À propos de l'organisation

PEI Wildlife Rescue and Rehabilitation Inc. (PEIWRARI) is a registered charitable
organization dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation, and release of injured and orphaned
wildlife across Prince Edward Island (PEI).

For more than 50 years, Candy Gallant has been the lady to call when a wild animal is found injured, orphaned, or in distress on Prince Edward Island (PEI). Her home has always been a safe haven to thousands of wild lives receiving her love, care and attention until their release.

Through compassionate care, conservation efforts, and public education, PEIWRARI works to ensure that wildlife receives the support needed to recover and return to its natural environment while promoting
responsible and informed human-wildlife interactions.

Earth Rangers

Earth Rangers is an environmental non-profit that empowers youth to take action for the environment. Our ER Teens program offers an opportunity for young Canadians aged 13-18 to take initiative for environmental causes they care about, such as wildlife conservation, climate change, sustainability, and more. By working remotely with staff, teens volunteer their time to complete an eco-action project of their choice; at home, at school, in their community, or online. Our flexible program ensures that teens can work at their own pace, while having the support and resources they need to make a positive impact.
