Project Tech Conferences (PTC) is a student run nonprofit organization that runs events for high school and middle school students on topics in technology. We strive to inspire and empower the next generation of programmers by providing students with opportunities to discover the world of technology. Beyond fulfilling our mission through our Conferences, Outreach, Hackathons, and Newsletter portfolios, we strive to empower our youth volunteers through hands-on experience in areas such as marketing, finance, and graphic design. PTC P.E.I is a brand-new conference committee established this year with the goal of providing students with the opportunity to gain real-world experience, earn volunteer hours, and strengthen their soft skills!

Our organization is a United Nations award-winning charity and our mission is to turn young people from 'educated' to 'educator.' We take the talents of young people and turn them into one-on-one tutors for other adults and seniors in their communities. For example, imagine a 15 year old teaching a 50 year old how to use Zoom to communicate with their family in another country, or a 16 year old teaching an adult who is new to Canada some basic English skills.

As a registered non-profit, our mission is to deliver affordable, inclusive, and tailored STEAM & coding classes to help students from underrepresented communities become confident in their own abilities and find passion in STEAM. We welcome everyone to learn with us and are especially committed to providing opportunities to neurodivergent students, members of the LGBTQIA2S+ community, and students from Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour (BIPOC) communities.
