## Agent & Data Notes
- **In-Browser WebMCP**: Declarative browser tools are exposed via Chrome WebMCP (`navigator.modelContext`) for navigation and filtering. Sensitive actions (such as submitting applications) require human confirmation. Full tool definitions are available in the ARD manifest.
- **Data Freshness**: Listings update frequently. Automated agents and systems should prefer the public REST API or RSS feeds (see the Feed links above) over scraping HTML pages.
- **API Terms & Rate Limits**: Public endpoints are read-only and unauthenticated, subject to a baseline rate limit of 100 requests/hour per IP for general browsing and 1,000 requests/day for public data indexing (requests exceeding limits receive HTTP 429 with a Retry-After header).
