The East Coast Music Association (ECMA) shines a spotlight on the regions’ music industry, preserving and promoting East Coast talent at home and around the world. As a member driven organization, we create opportunities for growth and connection within the music industry. We provide year round support, advocacy, and recognition to professionals working across all areas of the music industry, in all stages of their careers. As passionate believers in the power of music, we understand the importance of our work. Music helps us celebrate the good times and persevere through the hard times. It helps us remember the important moments and provides a distraction from the moments we’d like to forget. It helps us focus, create and connect. It builds communities, industries and economies. For over 30 years, the East Coast Music Association has developed, advanced, and celebrated East Coast music, its artists, and industry professionals throughout the region and around the world. Through our extensive experience, we understand the complex challenges facing East coast musicians, as well as our ability to make the world a better place through music. With the best interests of our members and our communities in mind, we promise to: Always believe in the power of music to make our communities stronger; Adapt and embrace change in all facets of our operations, provide support, education, and opportunities to our members; To maintain diversity across genres, age, race, and gender identities; and Remain focused on developing and growing the industry in our region by fostering a community committed to our members’ success.

Misson Statement The Friends of Eastern Kings Heritage Inc. (Friends) is a non-profit organization committed to providing and supporting cultural tourism attractions in the Eastern Kings area by operating the East Point Lighthouse and supporting the Elmira Railway Museum. The Friends own the East Point Lighthouse which is "Canada's Confederation Lighthouse". It is the only Lighthouse built in 1867 that is still standing and operating. The Friends are the non-profit Board for the Elmira Railway Museum, who provides support to the PEI Museum and Heritage. The vision of Friends of Eastern Kings Heritage Inc. is to be community leaders in supporting cultural tourism by preserving and sharing local heritage

Our goal is to ensure abundant wetlands and waterfowl for generations to come while improving Canadian lives. Waterfowl are migratory. That’s why our conservation efforts impact diverse areas across the entire country—including your community.

WHO WE ARE: Island Nature Trust is a membership-based, non-government, Canadian charity dedicated to land conservation in Prince Edward Island since 1979. We envision a future where P.E.I. has a network of protected, robust natural areas championed by knowledgeable, engaged Islanders. WHAT WE DO: Island Nature Trust acquires, manages and protects forever a network of connected natural areas throughout PEI for the benefit of wildlife and people. We are a key provider of technical, science-based knowledge on land stewardship and wildlife in PEI for landowners, governments and partner environmental groups. We provide mentorship and employment opportunities to people committed to land stewardship, conservation research and wildlife monitoring who will continue building on the long tradition of Island Nature Trust as the premiere land trust on the Island.

The PEI Equine Retirement Society (operating name Sadie's Place) is dedicated to helping animals and people. We rescue, rehab and rehome horses and and other animals in need and we offer wellness programs that allow people to access the healing benefits of interactions with animals and nature.

ECOPEI is a registered charitable environmental organization.  We work on a variety of issues, everything for agriculture to energy.  Our main effort is around our Macphail Woods Ecological Forestry Project, where we teach children and adults about nature, grow plants native to this region, and promote better forest practices.

The Cornwall & Area Watershed Group is a community-based group whose goal is to enhance the water quality and health of our local waterways, to restore and protect wildlife habitats, and to improve active living through increased recreational opportunities. Our group includes community residents, farmers, landowners, and government in collaborative watershed planning and active support for environmental stewardship.

Earth Rangers is an environmental non-profit that empowers youth to take action for the environment. Our ER Teens program offers an opportunity for young Canadians aged 13-18 to take initiative for environmental causes they care about, such as wildlife conservation, climate change, sustainability, and more. By working remotely with staff, teens volunteer their time to complete an eco-action project of their choice; at home, at school, in their community, or online. Our flexible program ensures that teens can work at their own pace, while having the support and resources they need to make a positive impact.

ClimaFacts Atlantic is committed to enhancing public knowledge on environmental climate change issues among Atlantic Canadians by providing an accessible resource about scientific climate research, promoting informed discussions and positive change.

Keeping Cats Homed (KCH) is a non-profit volunteer-run group in Prince Edward Island, Canada, that rescues orphaned, abandoned, or stray kittens and young cats, providing them with veterinary care, fosters homes, and socialization until they can be adopted into permanent homes. The organization is supported by donations, volunteers, and adoption fees, and aims to ensure that all cats have a safe, loving, and permanent family.

PEI Wildlife Rescue and Rehabilitation Inc. (PEIWRARI) is a registered charitable organization dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation, and release of injured and orphaned wildlife across Prince Edward Island (PEI). For more than 50 years, Candy Gallant has been the lady to call when a wild animal is found injured, orphaned, or in distress on Prince Edward Island (PEI). Her home has always been a safe haven to thousands of wild lives receiving her love, care and attention until their release. Through compassionate care, conservation efforts, and public education, PEIWRARI works to ensure that wildlife receives the support needed to recover and return to its natural environment while promoting responsible and informed human-wildlife interactions. Arthritis Society Canada is a national Canadian charity focused on improving the lives of people living with arthritis and ultimately working toward a cure. It’s one of the main organizations in Canada dedicated specifically to arthritis research, support, and advocacy.
