Opportunity Description:

Crohn’s and Colitis Canada is looking for Prince Edward Island volunteers to help with  the annual Gutsy Walk, helping with social media efforts, raising awareness about the organization and more! Time commitments are about 2 to 4 hrs/month. What you bring: A desire to help people in your community, especially those impacted by Crohn’s and colitis An outgoing, friendly personality, familiar with local people and places A willingness and ability to successfully do community outreach and raise the profile of Crohn’s and Colitis Canada Ability to respond in a timely fashion to emails, telephone calls from staff What we offer: A community of support, a dedicated staff partner, team of peers and role-specific training An opportunity to use and grow professional skills A hands-on chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of people living with Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis in your community We have a variety of roles across the organization that invite volunteers to have a positive impact on the lives of people affected by Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis.
