The PEI Titans Foundation Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting sports and recreation in Canada, with a special focus on raising awareness and participation in diverse and culturally rich sports such as Cricket, Kabaddi, and Kho Kho. Our mission is to foster inclusivity, physical fitness, and community engagement by introducing and nurturing these sports among people of all ages and backgrounds. Through organized leagues, training programs, workshops, and community events, the PEI Titans Foundation aims to create opportunities for individuals to learn, play, and excel in these sports while celebrating their cultural significance. We believe in the power of sports to unite communities, promote healthy lifestyles, and inspire the next generation of athletes. Gifts From The Heart mandate is serving low-income island residents and those undergoing temporary hardships, for free through love and kindness. Whether it's families facing challenging times, seniors or children with food insecurities, or those facing addiction problems and those unhoused, we seek your support and contribution to make a significant difference. With rising food costs we do our best to make every dollar count. Currently, GFTH is serving over 2,000 families across PEI from our head office and we provide food, furniture, household items, personal items, and all their basic needs. We also have volunteer-manned community fridges in West Royalty, Brackley Point, and Stratford. The recent wave of new immigrants has put more pressure on our services as every day more and more families coming to Canada are requiring our services. Immigrants arriving with limited resources require assistance with basic needs. As a nonprofit organization, we rely heavily on the support of generous donors to continue our mission and expand our reach. With the support of our communities and the people of Prince Edward Island and others, we will be able to source healthier food options and be able to serve more families and communities throughout PEI. Funds will be used to purchase essential supplies, and overhead operating costs, support ongoing operations, and provide much-needed support to low-income residents. Your donations and contributions will directly benefit families and individuals across Prince Edward Island and help to keep our doors open.

A not-for-profit and community owned Charlottetown CFL team initiative which brings together community stakeholders committed to the corresponding creation of not-for-profit social housing alongside a multi-purpose outdoor stadium supportive to amateur sports, community athletic facilities and an arts-cultural complex for community events and live theatre.

The John Howard Society of P.E.I. , an affiliate of the John Howard Society of Canada, is an incorporated , nonprofit organization, which was founded in 1960 with a great deal of support, effort and involvement by the Kiwanis Club of Charlottetown. Its purpose was to assist Islanders involved in the criminal justice process in the difficult transition from institutional to community living. This assistance is still applicable today however , more and more emphasis is being placed on crime prevention. The John Howard Society of P.E.I. is governed by a Board of Directors and encourages volunteer involvement, as appropriate in programs and services.

ElderDog Canada is a federally incorporated, community-based, non-profit and registered charity. Our primary goal is to enable older adults, living at home and with challenges affecting dog care, to continue to benefit from their relationship with their canine companions as long as possible. A second major goal is to find new or temporary homes for dogs left behind by seniors, who must move into a retirement community or nursing home, become ill, or pass away. ElderDog has chapters (or Pawds, as we call them) in communities across Canada - including PEI! We are a non-profit organization located in Charlottetown, PEI. We are a Food Bank, Soup Kitchen and Association for other Food Banks across our province; as a way to meet some of the local food needs of families and individuals. The Tetra Society’s mission: “Tetra builds innovative solutions for people with disabilities to overcome environmental barriers, providing greater independence, quality of life, and inclusion”. The Tetra community service model is simple - we match skilled Maritime volunteers with local residents with a disability to design, build and install a custom assistive device that gives them great independence in their life. Tetra utilizes the skills of the local community in providing a much-needed service to some of the region’s most vulnerable population. These custom devices improve the independence, health and happiness of the client and improves the well-being of the community.

Shelter Movers is a national, volunteer-powered charitable organization providing moving and storage services at no cost to individuals and families fleeing abuse. We collaborate with local businesses and community agencies to support people, primarily women and children, as they transition to a life free of violence. Every year, in collaboration with community partners, our volunteer teams contribute over 31,000 hours to support people transitioning to lives free of violence and abuse. Volunteering at Shelter Movers means contributing to a mission that will make a meaningful impact on families experiencing abuse and supporting survivors as they transition to a life free of violence. It also means playing a tangible role in breaking the cycle of gender-based violence in Canada. We are growing and looking to add caring, compassionate, and dependable people to our team.
