Friends of Eastern Kings Heritage Inc.

Misson Statement
The Friends of Eastern Kings Heritage Inc. (Friends) is a non-profit organization committed to providing and supporting cultural tourism attractions in the Eastern Kings area by operating the East Point Lighthouse and supporting the Elmira Railway Museum. The Friends own the East Point Lighthouse which is "Canada's Confederation Lighthouse". It is the only Lighthouse built in 1867 that is still standing and operating.

The Friends are the non-profit Board for the Elmira Railway Museum, who provides support to the PEI Museum and Heritage.

The vision of Friends of Eastern Kings Heritage Inc. is to be community leaders in supporting cultural tourism by preserving and sharing local heritage
